In Spinal Energetics Jenn, an incredibly effective practitioner, works with the nervous system to release stored trauma and promote healing and recovery. Spinal Energetics works with the Mind, Body & Soul. Jenn uses a gentle yet powerful touch – and sometimes no touch at all – to orchestrate movement throughout the body. This natural movement shifts throughout the body, releasing pent up tension or stress.

We have had some amazing results personally here at The Fountain with Jenn, and we are so grateful to be able to offer this to our community on the 4th Sunday of every month with new Sundays also being added randomly in response to classes filling up. This workshop is very small and intimate and all you have to do is bring a yoga mat and your favorite pillow and blanket, and breathe while you lay back. Jenn works on each person individually which also impacts the entire group.
