We now have "Set Times In".

This means every appointment starts at the same time just like a yoga class would,

which creates more harmonious energy in the scalar field, while also avoiding many disturbances during your session time.

So far, we have had wonderful feedback & have loved this new system!

We also welcome everyone to come early now, doors open 20 mins before the appointment start time. This means you can come up to 20 mins early to get set up & have extra EES time, or social time with the community. We also are always happy for the opportunity to answer any questions you have.

Then we begin "Quiet Please Sanctuary" time at the top of the hour for all session times listed below.

We are closed on Monday & Tuesday for the winter months.
