We have "Set Times In".

This means every appointment starts at the same time, just like a yoga class would,

which creates more harmonious energy in the scalar field, while also avoiding many disturbances during your session time.

We welcome everyone to come early; a minimum of ten mins early. We open the doors 20 mins before the appointment start time. This means you can come up to 20 mins early to get set up & have extra TLS time, or meet others in the community. We are also happy to answer any questions you have.

We begin "Quiet Please Sanctuary" time at the top of the hour for all session times; see below.

We are closed on Tuesday.
