The mission
This course is designed to assist you in managing your emotions effectively so there is ease in navigating your energy to power, passion, and purpose, using music, sound, and vibration. This course is NOT just for musicians. The lessons, combined with the live practice of harnessing & regulating our energy using music, sound and vibration can be applied to anything you set your mind to!
What is this workshop like?
This is NOT a passive event. We will be engaged through teachings, experiential processes, sound protocols and guided journeys, where Barry will curate the perfect balance during 6 different segment topics. (Heart/Brain Coherence, Energy Centers, Chanting, Creativity, becoming the DJ of your life and a mini concert). He will be applying the vast body of research he has acquired on how music can be used as a tool to manage stress, increase productivity, and enhance focus, creativity, and spiritual connection!
